This mandate is a Kingdom initiative.  A nation of believers in Christ, it takes the Kingdom of God to align together and equip the world. The desired outcome of this undertaking is to challenge the norm, empower out of the box thinking, and heal the soul (mind, will and emotion) of humanity and return humanity back to its first love, Jesus Christ.
