When owning a vehicle, it is important to maintain the regular oil changes and fluid checks for the vehicle to properly operate or else the engine will seize, and the vehicle becomes dead, inoperable, and insufficient to flow. So, it is with regular maintenance of a vehicle, we must regularly and daily maintain our spiritual lives allowing Holy Spirit to endow us with fresh oil so that we can resemble His character and His spirit. Oil in the Bible emblems the Spirit of God or the anointing of God. Therefore, we need God to smear us daily with His Oil.
